Services Description

WAVV LAB provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to requests for information in a timely manner
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• Refunds are subject to the specific terms of each service agreement

Intellectual Property

All materials created by WAVV LAB remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive appropriate usage rights as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

WAVV LAB's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice. Significant changes to ongoing services will be communicated to affected clients.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations incurred prior to termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WAVV LAB operates. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels in that jurisdiction.
